I purchased ticket insurance from ticket merchant for two tickets, (paid $13 for refund fee)but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my plans. When I requested a refund, I was offered a partial refund of $80, which was significantly less than the $118 I paid. Despite explaining my situation and providing context, the company refused to reconsider a full refund. The customer service team was polite but firm in their decision. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company
